Heartland can supply your needs using any of several manufacturing processes including: cold and warm heading, thread rolling, centerless grinding, fillet rolling, and drilling. Specializing in NAS, NA, AN, MS, BACS and ST3M bolts and screws, we are able to produce parts using cold forging in diameters ranging from .090” to .500” and lengths up to 5.00”. Our available materials include Titanium, Alloy steels, 8740, Cres - A286, 300 Series Stainless, and PH13-8MO.

Heartland’s premiere quality control process and state-of-the-art shop scheduling allow us to provide all of our customers with the latest advances in aerospace fasteners. A real-time statistical process control program is applied to all key manufacturing processes. Our real-time shop reporting system, customized MRP system, and JIT program with raw materials suppliers enable Heartland to maintain a 95%+ on-time rating.

Heartland is one of only two NADCAP Fastener Certified Manufacturers, a gold-rated supplier to Boeing, and a Platinum Supplier to Northrop Grumman along with being ISO9001 Certified. These accreditations along with our in process quality control procedures contribute to our customer returns of less than ½ of 1% of their ordered products.
